Refund policy

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Original tags must be attached
• Item must be returned in original packaging where possible
• Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be refused if:

• The item has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Tags have been removed
• Return request is made after the legal return period

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
